Owners and managers open TuitionSync to a dashboard of today's attendance, absentees and unpaid fees, and can look into any branch in detail. Finance reports come from the same ledger as the invoices and receipts, so balances, receivables and ageing agree with the documents behind them. Every report can be filtered, saved as a view and exported to Excel, CSV or PDF.

- Start the day with attendance so far, today's absentees, unpaid fees and tasks. Owners with several branches or organisations get one home page that shows each of them side by side.
- Collections and receivables
- See payments by day, method and branch, what is still outstanding and what has not yet been billed. Deposits held and voided documents, with the reason for each void, are reported as well.
- Ageing
- Outstanding fees are grouped by how long they have been overdue, for each student, class or branch, so follow-up can start with the oldest balances.

Questions about reports and analytics
Can a branch manager see other branches' figures?
No, reports follow each person's branch scope. A branch manager's reports cover only their own branches, and people with access to every branch, such as owners, see the whole organisation.
Can TuitionSync calculate teacher commission?
Yes, a monthly commission run works out each teacher's commission from session attendance and your rates by subject and time slot. The results are stored and can be exported for payroll.
Can reports be exported to Excel?
Yes, any report can be exported to Excel, CSV or PDF, and saved views keep the filters you use regularly.
