The assistant is a tool for staff in the console. It drafts announcements and replies, summarises a student's attendance, notes and merits before a parent meeting, and answers questions such as which students missed class this week. It works only with data the signed-in staff member can already see, and nothing it writes reaches a parent until a person has reviewed and sent it.

Does the AI assistant send messages to parents by itself?
No, the assistant only prepares drafts. A staff member reviews, edits and sends each message, which then goes out through the normal channels with the usual delivery log.
What data can the AI assistant see?
It sees only what the signed-in staff member can already see. It works within that person's permissions and branch scope, so a branch manager's assistant cannot read another branch's records.
Can we rely on the assistant's answers?
Use them as a first draft: AI can get details wrong, so staff check each one against the records, and nothing reaches a parent until they send it.
